Alex Zokoe has been the administrative assistant here at Cornerstone Architects since 2018. She handles a wide variety of office tasks and special projects that keep the office running smoothly. Project invoicing, bookkeeping, directing calls, handling billing questions, marketing, branding and social media, she does it all and then some, all with passion and an eagerness to maintain an organized office environment.

Prior to Cornerstone Architects, Alex worked as a charge nurse providing direct, skilled nursing care in a post acute rehabilitation facility. She received her degree from Grand Rapids Community College and has an active license as a practical nurse in the state of Michigan. Her caring nature as a nurse translates perfectly to the way she takes special care of the office, her coworkers and our customers. Alex’s unique set of strengths and skills benefit our office in many ways.

Outside of work, Alex can be found hanging out with her husband and three young children, cuddling on the couch for popcorn-movie night, or maybe taking an impromptu trip to Pentwater, Michigan - their favorite place. Alex enjoys caring for her plants, photography, rock hunting and discovering new hobbies to dabble in. The Zokoes recently built their forever home in Hudsonville, Michigan and have a long list of home improvement projects that will keep them busy for many years.
