ren·o·vate
to restore to a former better state (as by cleaning, repairing, or rebuilding)
to restore to life, vigor, or activity
Renovation.
Renovations can present challenges but also create wonderful opportunities. We enjoy the process of giving an old, outdated space new life; whether that be restoring a building for its original purpose or updating for adaptive reuse.
Through the process of assessing your current space, we will work with you to develop a program that fits your needs and budget. Once the goals of the project are established, conceptual plans and elevations can start to take shape. Through the use of 3D computer models and renderings we can help you visualize what your renovated space might look like. We are involved in the entire architectural process from project inception, through construction, to the day the doors open on your newly renovated space.
